2011 Oregon Revised Statutes
"No compilation of the statute laws of Oregon not bearing [the Legislative Counsel's] certificate ... shall be admissible as evidence of the law in any court or proceeding." ORS 171.285 (2). The official edition of Oregon’s statutes, will be published and available for distribution in January 2012. As part of the ORS set subscription, you will also receive an even-year supplement of laws enacted during the February 2012 regular session and the Annotations 2012 Cumulative Supplement. The even-year supplement will be delivered in early summer 2012 and the even-year Annotations supplement in late fall 2012.View fill-in order form.

2011 and 2012 Oregon Laws
These hardbound volumes, will be published and available for distribution in the summer of 2012. This publication will contain the official version of all bills enacted by 2011 and 2012 regular sessions of the 76th Legislative Assembly, a subject index, bill-to-chapter tables and tables of ORS sections amended, repealed or “added to”. It will also include Oregon Laws 2010, the session laws from the 2010 special session of the 75th Oregon Legislative Assembly with its index and tables.

2010 Oregon Laws
This publication contains all laws enacted during the 2010 special session of the Oregon Legislative Assembly. The pamphlet includes selected legislative resolutions, a subject index, a bill-to-chapter table and a table of statute sections amended, repealed or "added to." View fill-in order form.

2012 Criminal Code of Oregon
This edition is compiled from the 2011 Oregon Revised Statutes and includes the Juvenile Code and selected laws relating to sex offenders, alcoholic liquors and controlled substances; and selected provisions of the Oregon Constitution. (All or portions of ORS chapters 131-133, 135-138, 142, 144, 146, 147, 151, 153, 156, 157, 161-167, 169, 181, 419A-419C, 420, 420A, 471 and 475). A new edition is published every other year. The 2012 edition, compiled from 2011 Oregon Revised Statutes, will be available late April – early May 2012. This 7 "x 9" perfect bound publication is compiled from the 2009 Oregon Revised Statutes and includes the Juvenile Code and selected federal laws and state statutes relating to domestic relations, support enforcement and protective proceedings. (All or portions of ORS chapters 3, 7, 14, 18, 24, 25, 33, 36, 40, 44, 45, 106-110, 124-126, 163, 416-419C and 432, the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure, the Uniform Trial Court Rules, and the federal Indian Child Welfare Act, Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act and Full Faith and Credit for Child Support Orders Act.)
